WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY RETURN SLIP?
Don’t worry - Medusa Cosmetics packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Your order # must be provided in order to place a return. Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept any returns on products that have been used.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Email us at email@example.com and we'll help you place the return.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Credit card refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
