WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Here's how it works: You order, we process, we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing will take 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). After that, one of our carriers will take it from there. You'll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships!

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

I'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH TRACKING.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via contact@medusacosmetics.com

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
No - we don't! Our products are responsibly manufactured - we do not and will not ever test on animals.

WHAT SKIN TYPES ARE MEDUSA COSMETICS PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, paraben free, and alcohol free.

WILL MY PRODUCTS EXPIRE?
We recommend our products be used within 12 months of opening.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT HOW TO SELL MEDUSA COSMETICS SKINCARE AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS IN MY STORE?
To receive information regarding the sale of MEDUSA COSMETICS skincare and beauty products, we recommend that you contact our sales department at contact@medusacosmetics.com.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE MEDUSA COSMETICS PRODUCTS?
MEDUSA COSMETICS items are sold exclusively through our online boutique.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order is the ability to order items that are not yet in stock but are available for advance reservation online. We will notify you via e-mail when your pre-order item becomes available.

HOW CAN I ARRANGE FOR A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?
We're sorry you didn't love your MEDUSA COSMETICS. Please reach out to us at contact@medusacosmetics.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY RETURN SLIP?
Don’t worry - Medusa Cosmetics packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to contact@medusacosmetics.com and we'll take care of you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Your order # must be provided in order to place a return. Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept any returns on products that have been opened or used.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Email us at contact@medusacosmetics.com and we'll help you place the return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Credit card refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

WHERE DOES MEDUSA COSMETICS SHIP?
Glossier currently ships to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and continental Europe. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada. If you don't see your country listed, just send us a message at contact@medusacosmetics.com and we'll let you know if we can ship there!

WHAT IF MY CARD IS DECLINED?
Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
